Report on donations and deliveries

St. Mary's contributed 15 bags of groceries for Thanksgiving distrbution.

The Project delivered Thanksgiving baskets to four families.

Action Items:

• Karl – Send note to Brian Bullock, requesting listing on the Welcome Aldrich Relief Fund web page. (KH - Note sent.)

• Colleen – Prepare a flyer for distribution at St. Mary's in January.

• Lynn - Contact churches in the Wachusett area requesting names of families who might be in needed.

Discussions

1. Our storage room at 1010 Main Street is full. We may need additional storage going forward.

2. Board members will distribute the Friends and Family letter in January, once the letterhead stationery is available.

3. Mike and Steve will make a presentation at each Mass at St. Mary's on the weekend of January 24 and 25. St. Mary's will hold a second collection on January 25 to benefit Joseph's Project.
