Minutes were approved without comment.
Discussion
The Board discussed the following items. (Action items are noted below.) We
did not have a quorum, so all decisions and discussions are informal.
- Flyer for food, food volunteers.
- We need to have a supply of business cards and flyers for Holden
Days.
- Fund-raising ideas include a car wash. Rich to follow-up.
- Halloween party and fund-raiser scheduled for Friday, October 23, 2009,
at West Boylston American Legion Post #204.
