Joseph's Project Board of Directors Meeting Minutes -- February 8,2010

Minutes were approved without comment.

Current balance is $7486.

We've received a of gift of $75 from a family in Holden that asked to remain anonymous.

We have a good supply of standard food products. Lynn and Steve handle the shopping for regular items.

New office space is in use. New shelving is up and food is off the floor.

Jeff Dolan family needs help (propane) and aren't eligible for oil heat assistance. We will give $200 and will contact Hearts for Heat for on-going support.

Karl to contact Hearts for Heat to explore possibilities of collaboration.
Mike reported on the new office setup with more space, new shelving.
Brian and Lisa Murphy are delivering to three families (op inclding one of Rich's families)
Each board member is asked to bring a friend to the next meeting as a way of involving more volunteers.
Discussion re Luau in May/June - $25. Promotions under discussion.
Spring car wash (3rd weekend in May or 3rd weekend in June)
