Rich will arrange for a new lock for the office door. Update: The lock has been replaced. Contact Rich or Mike for keys,

Our landlord's insurance agent has expressed concern regarding liability for Joseph's Project members. Mike will contact his insurance agent to review options regarding insurance coverage.

Rich will contact Board of Health regarding update to permit for freezer.

Public charity and corporate registration

Karl met with Elizabeth Schwartz, Joseph's Project's attorney, on June 3, to discuss the Project's filings with the Massachsuetts Secretary of State and Attorney General. Karl and Erin will provide updated information regarding the Project's directors, membership, and finances.

Rich will arrange for the Project to have a booth at this year's Holden Days on August 29. Registration is $125. We will coordinated staffing and other activities via email.

Fund-raising

The Board discussed various fund-raising topics, includign a car wash and other projects.

Next Meeting

Meetings are typicall held on the second Monday of the month at 6PM at 53 Raymond Street.

The next meeting will be held on September 13, 2010 at 6PM at 53 Raymond Street, Holden MA.

The Board agreed not to have meetings during July and August. Needed businesses will conducted by email during the summer with the Secretary publishing a report on major activities in lieu of meeting minutes.
